Key to All Successes in Work

One day in November, 2014, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Evin visited a fishery station.

He dropped in at the cultural house of the station. Seeing the visual aids on both walls along the corridor, he said that the level of visual aids was high and the corridor with visual aids for class education reminded him of being in a house of class education.

Then he praised the Party committee of the fishery station for putting great efforts into the ideological work.

The accompanying officials were impressed by his undeserved appraisal.

After a short while, he stressed the need to put great efforts continuously into the work for ideological education saying that success or failure of all the work depends on raising the mental power of the masses to the maximum.

He continued that the Party organizations and working people’s organizations should bring the fishermen to see clearly and theoretically the essence and vitality of the Party’s policy so that they can receive the Party policy as truth and faith and turn out as one for implementing it.

Success or failure of all the work depends on raising the mental power of the masses to the maximum!

The officials deeply kept in mind that the key to increasing productivity and to all the successes in work is in strengthening the ideological work for making the masses give free rein to their mental power.

Going Round Room Dedicated to History First

One January day in 2015, the respected General Secretary visited the Wonchang Leather Shoes Factory.

First, he went to the room dedicated to the history of the factory and expressed satisfaction saying that the room was arranged brightly and well.

The accompanying officials recollected his meaningful instructions given when he had visited the factory in July a year before.

At that time, he had stressed the need to make the employees deeply bear in mind the undying feats President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il performed for the factory.

He had said that it was necessary to direct primary efforts to the ideological education for giving full play to the mental power of the producers in order to keep production going at a high rate and improve the quality of the products.

He continued that the Party organizations should conduct well the education through history of the factory and to do so is the important work to shine long the leadership exploits of the President and the Chairman.

Receiving the General Secretary’s instructions, the officials realized that why he went round the room dedicated to the history first and why he was so pleased to visit the room.

They deeply felt again what the primary work for educating and arousing the masses is, renewing their will to continue the education through the history of the factory in a substantial way.
