National children's Taekwon-Do championship held

The national children's Taekwon-Do championship was held at the Taekwon-Do Palace and the Taekwon-Do Holy Centre from August 5 to 12.
The championship brought together more than 430 players selected from Taekwon-Do schools under the Ryongaksan Taekwon-Do Team and provincial Taekwon-Do teams, and Central Sports School. The players competed in pattern, sparring, special technique and self-defence routine matches.
Pyongyang Municipality came first in total standings at the championship.
Cups, medals and diplomas were awarded to the organizations which proved successful and players who displayed their high skills.
