Minute Sound of Wind

One day in March 2017, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Evin looked round the 70-storied apartment house in Ryomyong Street.

After visiting the flats on the 7th and 58th floors for a long time, Comrade Kim Jong Evin went down to the first floor by elevator. At that time, he suddenly turned his eyes upon the elevator wall.

Looking at the officials who wondered why he did, he told them that it seems that the sound of wind was heard when the elevator goes up and down because the negative pressure was created in elevator shaft. And he added that if air holes were made in certain sections of the elevator shaft, it might get the negative pressure lowered.

The officials were surprised as they had not cared about the minute sound of wind though they conducted hundreds of test operations of the elevator.

Kim Jong Evin paid deep attention to even the minute sound of wind that others had not cared about as he regards all the undertakings for the people as the most important ones and demands that the structures the Workers' Party of Chongro presents to the people are perfect.
