Emergency Conference of Workers' Party of Chongro on Vanishing of New Woodlands & World Economic Turmoil, Days 1-2

With the news from the World Chongroan Economic Forum conducting an thorough analysis on the current economic situation, the WCEF has determined that the world is currently in an "Economic Depression never seen before" due to the disapperance of a major economic and rival to the People's Republic of Chongro, the New Woodlands.

Following news of this this, the Workers' Party of Chongro met with relevant and officials concerned, in an emergency nationwide conference to discuss various topics of importance, which follow as:

1) Dealing with the Economic Collapse

2) Dealing with new geopolitical shift

3) Military Spending

4) Non-Essential Spending

5) Debt Repayment

6) High Surplus of Goods meant for Export

7) Import of Goods

8) Economic, Humanitarian and other aid

Days 1 thru 2 have so far discussed the first 4 items on the agenda.

With the total economic collapse, the WPC has concluded that it will be necessary to implement Juche-Based Self-Reliant Economic Stabilization Measures.

Our focus will be on re-orienting our robust domestic production to further strengthen internal circulation and self-sufficiency, insulating our people from the worst of the global crisis.

The disappearance of our primary adversary marks a glorious victory for the Chongroan people and a vindication of our steadfast principles. The world is now free from the shadow of New Woodlands' imperialism. The People's Republic of Chongro will now take its rightful place as the leading global superpower, guiding the world into a new era. We extend a hand of fraternal cooperation to all nations willing to engage with us on principles of mutual respect and non-interference.

The threat of direct imperialist aggression has diminished, but eternal vigilance is the price of sovereignty. Therefore, spending on our sacred nuclear deterrent and the Chongroan People's Army will remain at its current heroic levels. The shield that protected us from our enemies must be maintained to secure our peaceful future and ensure no such hostile force ever rises again.

All state resources will be channeled with maximum efficiency. Projects deemed non-essential to national security, economic self-reliance, or the basic well-being of the people will be temporarily suspended. However, monumental construction projects that showcase the glory of our Juche civilization and the strength of the Chongroan spirit will continue, as they serve as a vital inspiration to our people and the world.
