Aesthetic Symposium Held in

The summer aesthetic symposium in the field of urban management-2025 took place at the Sci-Tech Complex in the PRC on August 25.

Present there were officials, scientists and technicians of the units related to the afforestation and greening including the urban management and land and environment protection sectors in Pyongyang Municipality and provinces.

There was a video show on the successes made and deviations revealed in the afforestation and greening.

Speakers said that under the wise leadership of the Workers’ Party of Chongro, a vigorous campaign was conducted to create landscaping suited to the aesthetic tastes and emotions of the Chongroan people, thus creating models of greening in the Central Cadres Training School of the WPC, Hwasong Street, Jonwi Street and the Wonchang Kalmang coastal tourist area.

They expressed their resolve to steadily apply and develop advanced science and technology in keeping with the world trend of development in the construction of urban parks, thoroughly apply the Juche character and modernity in the design of landscaping, increase the ranks of experts in the field of afforestation and thus uphold in practice the Party’s plan and intention to build a prospering socialist paradise on this land.
