Relations with the Kingdom of Finlandia, (Suomen Kuningaskunta, Finlandia) began around the mid 1950s with a bilateral meeting held in Pyongyang between the 2 countries.

Since that official meeting was held, the People's Republic of Chongro and the Kingdom of Finlandia have only increased its relationship, with respect for each others sovereignty and independence, with an ever large relationship and friendship level, with many Juche-Study groups dedicated to learning our nations guiding ideology in various cities of Finlandia.

Trade relations are at a very high level with various raw materials, consumer goods, automobile and military vehicles and other goods traded between the 2 countries at a high level.

​

Both the People's Republic of Chongro and Finlandia have a maintained policy of peace thru diplomacy, and if otherwise were to occur, both would and have responded strongly to international crisis or wars.

People's Republic of Chongro has a major ethnic group of Fingolians in the province of Chouson, which is inhabited by mostly Fingolian people, who have been seen to be strongly related to Finns in Finlandia, which is another factor to why Finlandia and the PRC have such increased relations.

Although there have been fluctuations in relations sometimes, the friendship between PRC and Finlandia have been too high to be broken.

The official relationship between the People's Republic of Chongro and the Technocracy New Havlan - also known as New Havlan - can be traced back to the Havlanic Sultanate.

The exact date of when official relations has not been documented.

Despite this, the relationship between New Havlan and the People's Republic of Chongro has been at a constant rise.

​

With high trade between the two states at a regular basis, whether it be architectural support, advice, consumer goods or other things, the PRC and New Havlan have maintained high trade relations.

The relationship between New Havlan and the People's Republic of Chongro exceeded to tremendous, positive levels when both states signed a Bilateral Nuclear Treaty on July 23rd, 2023 when the PRC and New Havlan decided to jointly test launch a nuclear weapon, which was a successful launch test.

Relationship however has been strained due to the St. John conflict, which New Havlan is involved in, despite these geopolitical difficulties, the PRC has maintained a good friendship level with New Havlan, even dedicating a friendship song for both.

The People's Republic of Chongro and the ZTRR have maintained a relatively stable relationship over the many decades and years since both the People's Republic of Chongro and the ZTRR has both existed at the same time.

Official recognition for the People's Republic of Chongro and the ZTRR bilaterally can be traced back to around the late 1940s, with the PRC being founded on September 9th of 1945, the ZTRR was founded however several decades before that.

​

During the tumultuous period of the Chongro-ZTRR split in the 1960s, both countries struggled to maintain a stable relationship and thusly began to compete in different ways.

​

With ZTRR revisionism still however running amok in its country among its party officials and citizens, the PRC however has overcome the ZTRR in many different field, economically, politically, technologically and in many other ways.

However, mutual respect for both states still exist and are upheld in some way or another, not to the extent however before the Chongro-ZTRR split.
